Field Applications Engineer

1. Provide technical support and solutions to customers' unique needs.
2. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop and present proposals to customers.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in order to effectively support customers.
6. Communicate technical information and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our offerings and solutions.
8. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
9. Manage and prioritize multiple customer projects simultaneously.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
11. Participate in product development and improvement initiatives by providing valuable customer feedback.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
