  1. Oversee the maintenance and operations of all facilities within the company, including offices, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance and safety protocols to ensure that all facilities meet industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.
  3. Manage a team of facility staff, including maintenance technicians and janitorial staff, to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  4. Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

  8. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility repairs, renovations, and other projects.

  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in facility management to continuously improve and optimize operations.
  11. Train and develop facility staff to ensure high-quality work and a safe working environment.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the facility management team and across departments.
  13. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on facility operations and any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • A Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards

  • Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
