Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office and supporting our leaders in achieving their goals.   1. Provide administrative support to executive leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a gatekeeper for executive leadership, screening and prioritizing incoming requests and communications.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive leadership.
  4. Manage and maintain executive office operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, handling incoming calls and mail, and maintaining office organization.
  5. Conduct research and gather information to assist executive leadership in decision-making processes.
  6. Coordinate and assist in organizing company events and functions, both internal and external.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executive leadership, ensuring their schedules and tasks are efficiently managed.
  10. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless support for the executive office.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes and procedures within the executive office.
  12. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and other departments within the company.
  13. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the executive office and the company.
