  1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain and organize executive office files, documents, and records.
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for senior executives.
  4. Act as a liaison between senior executives and other departments or external stakeholders.
  5. Prepare and edit executive-level presentations, reports, and other documents.
  6. Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive decision-making.
  7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  8. Proactively anticipate and address the needs of senior executives to ensure their productivity and efficiency.
  9. Assist with special projects and events, both in-person and virtual, as needed.
  10. Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely completion.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the executive office.
  13. Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor at all times.
  14. Handle any other administrative tasks or duties as assigned by senior executives.
