
Division Sourcing & Procurement Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all sourcing and procurement activities for a specific division within our company. - Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for the division in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage all sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sourcing and procurement processes with other departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing and procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on sourcing and procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sourcing and procurement activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the sourcing and procurement function.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement, utilizing this knowledge to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement within the division.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Sourcing, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Techniques, Including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, And Contract Negotiations.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Procurement Professionals.
Familiarity With Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
