  1. Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies to support the growth and success of the Commercial Aerospace division.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier relationships.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products/services.
  5. Monitor and manage supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and overall satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Manage the division's procurement budget and provide regular reporting and analysis.
  10. Stay updated on advancements in supply chain technology and make recommendations for implementation.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
  12. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on procurement activities and initiatives.
  13. Represent the division in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and other external partners.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess supplier risk and develop mitigation plans.
  15. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance within the division's procurement practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Sourcing, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Practices, Including Cost Analysis, Risk Management, And Supplier Performance Evaluation

  • Experience Managing A Team And Leading Strategic Sourcing Initiatives To Drive Cost Savings And Improve Supply Chain Efficiency.
