- Develop and implement quality strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the division and the company.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO and AS9100 certifications.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
- Monitor and analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and services to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure quality requirements are met and maintained.
- Proactively identify potential quality issues and work with the appropriate teams to address and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and standardization across the division.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the quality management system and ensure the division remains competitive in the market.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Quality Systems And Methodologies, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.
Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Quality Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Change At All Levels Of The Organization.
