  1. Develop and implement quality strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the division and the company.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO and AS9100 certifications.
  3. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and services to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
  6. Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure quality requirements are met and maintained.
  8. Proactively identify potential quality issues and work with the appropriate teams to address and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and standardization across the division.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the quality management system and ensure the division remains competitive in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Quality Systems And Methodologies, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.

  • Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Quality Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Change At All Levels Of The Organization.
