Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Division Human Resources Manager to join the Parker Hannifin family. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing and coordinating human resources programs, policies, and activities at the divisional level. You will be a strategic partner to the divisional leadership team, providing guidance and counsel on a wide range of human resources initiatives.This is an ideal role for a candidate who has a proven track record of success leading, managing, and developing human resources operations in a complex, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of human resources principles and practices, as well as the ability to think and act strategically while developing innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience managing human resources in a large, multi-location organization. You must also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a PHR or SPHR certification. Additionally, strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
