
Division HR Manager

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to division leaders on HR matters.
- Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Lead and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices and policies across the organization.
- Manage and oversee the performance appraisal process to ensure fair and accurate evaluations.
- Participate in the development and execution of division-wide initiatives and projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance the division's HR function.
- Handle any other HR-related responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc, Fmla, And Ada.
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies And Programs That Align With Overall Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
