- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity in the distribution center
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
