Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Digital & IT Technical Specialist to join our team at Parker Hannifin. As a Digital & IT Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our digital and IT systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, resolving technical challenges, and providing exceptional customer service.We require a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, and at least three years of experience in a technical role. You must have strong technical proficiency and an aptitude for problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with software development and implementation is a plus.We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual who is passionate about technology and customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain digital and IT systems.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve technical challenges.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Utilize software development and implementation processes.
  5. Ensure that all systems are running at optimal levels.
  6. Maintain and improve system security.
  7. Monitor system performance and analyze data.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot system errors and issues.
  9. Train and support customers and staff on digital and IT systems.
  10. Develop and implement system upgrades and updates.
  11. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
