  1. Manage customer accounts by accurately entering and updating customer information in our database.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  3. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  4. Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  7. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention.
  10. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively answer customer inquiries.
  11. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
  12. Assist in training and mentoring new customer service team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Account Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Sales Representatives, And Internal Teams.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, As Well As The Ability To Quickly Learn And Understand Product Offerings To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Inquiries And Needs.
