- Manage customer accounts by accurately entering and updating customer information in our database.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Continuously develop and improve customer service skills and knowledge through trainings and workshops.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Account Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Sales Representatives, And Internal Teams.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, As Well As The Ability To Quickly Learn And Understand Product Offerings To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Inquiries And Needs.
