
Corporate Desktop Support
Parker Hannifin is looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Desktop Support Specialist to join our team to help ensure our internal customers and external customers receive the highest level of technical support. The successful candidate will have strong customer service and technical skills as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field* At least two years of experience working in desktop support* Experience working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications* Knowledge of basic networking concepts and principles* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and network issues in an efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to desktop support.
- Research and resolve technical issues.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
Proven Experience In Providing It Support In A Corporate Environment

Expertise In Installation
Configuration And Troubleshooting Of Hardware And Software
