  1. Assemble complex mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to technical specifications and company standards.
  2. Conduct thorough testing of assembled components to ensure functionality and quality.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  5. Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working with machinery and tools.
  6. Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines for completing assemblies and tests.
  7. Keep accurate records of all assembly and testing activities, including any defects or failures.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production.
  10. Communicate and report any concerns or issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
  11. Stay updated on industry and company developments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  12. Train and mentor new or junior team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Capable Of Understanding Instructions And Safety Protocols.

  • Previous Experience In Assembly And Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Experience Should Include Assembling And Testing Of Mechanical Components, As Well As Troubleshooting And Identifying Defects.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: As An Assembler/Tester, The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Safety Protocols And Procedures. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Osha Guidelines And Be Able To Follow Safety Regulations To Prevent Workplace Accidents.

  • Attention To Detail: Precision Is Key In This Role, And The Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail. They Should Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications To Ensure That All Components Are Assembled And Tested Accurately.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: As Part Of A Larger Production Team, The Assembler/Tester Should Possess Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills. This Includes The Ability To Collaborate With Colleagues, Follow Instructions, And Provide Clear Updates On The Status Of Projects.
