  1. Assemble various components according to instructions and specifications provided by the company.
  2. Ensure all assembled parts meet quality standards and specifications.
  3. Operate various tools and equipment necessary for assembly and testing.
  4. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  5. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a high level of efficiency.
  6. Identify and report any defective parts or equipment to supervisors.
  7. Perform regular maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment.
  8. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  9. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  11. Continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in the assembly and testing processes.
  12. Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and assembly techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Assembling And Testing Mechanical Components: A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Components And Their Assembly Process Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience In Assembling And Testing Various Components Such As Valves, Pumps, And Actuators.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Control Procedures: Assemblers/Testers At Parker Hannifin Must Have A Good Understanding Of Quality Control Procedures And Be Able To Ensure That All Products Meet The Company's Standards. This Includes Conducting Inspections And Performing Tests To Verify Product Specifications.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings: Assemblies At Parker Hannifin Are Based On Complex Technical Drawings. Candidates Should Have The Ability To Read And Interpret These Drawings Accurately And Have A Good Understanding Of Engineering Terms And Symbols.

  • Strong Attention To Detail: Assemblies Must Be Completed With Precision And Accuracy, As Even Small Errors Can Result In Product Failure. As Such, Assemblers/Testers At Parker Hannifin Must Have A Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Work With Precision And Focus.

  • Experience With Hand And Power Tools: This Job Requires The Use Of A Variety Of Hand And Power Tools, Such As Wrenches, Drills, And Torque Drivers. Candidates Should Have Experience Using These Tools And Be Comfortable Working With Them. Knowledge Of Basic Maintenance And Troubleshooting Of Tools Is Also Preferred.
