  1. Oversee all contracts for the aerospace group, including analyzing and negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful contract management.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  4. Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deadlines and deliverables are met.
  6. Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across the aerospace group.
  7. Manage contract modifications, extensions, and renewals.
  8. Monitor contract performance and profitability to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  9. Conduct periodic audits to ensure contract compliance and identify any potential issues.
  10. Train and mentor team members on contract management best practices and procedures.
  11. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on contract status and resolve any issues or concerns.
  12. Participate in contract negotiations and make recommendations to senior management.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation and records.
  14. Provide guidance and support to sales teams in developing competitive and profitable proposals.
  15. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually improve contract management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Far And Dfars.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Complex Contractual Agreements.

  • Understanding Of Aerospace Industry Trends And Market Conditions, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Contract Plans.
