Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required To Be Considered For The Role Of A 424/2Nd Shift Machine Operator At Parker Hannifin. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Understanding Of Fundamental Math And Reading Skills.

  • Previous Experience In Machine Operation: Applicants Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Operating Machines In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment. This Experience Should Include Setting Up And Programming Machines, Troubleshooting Issues, And Performing Routine Maintenance.

This Includes Monitoring Gauges And Dials, Making Adjustments As Needed, And Performing Quality Checks.
