We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Talent Acquisition Representative to join the Panda Express team! As a Talent Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and bringing in top-notch talent to join the Panda Express team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and creating a seamless interview experience.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a Talent Acquisition role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise. You should possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, a keen eye for detail, and knowledge of employment compliance laws. You should also be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
