This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Leader, you will be a role model for the team, setting a positive example and leading by example.You will be responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to all standard operating procedures and provides customers with an enjoyable experience. You will also assist with the opening and closing of the store, as well as managing any customer issues that may arise.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service and/or management role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
