The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support and training, and possess a bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have an aptitude for learning new technologies.
