Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, organized, and tech-savvy Helpdesk Representative at Panda Express to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our customers. In this role, you'll ensure our customers are supported quickly, accurately, and with a personal touch. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of helpdesk software and procedures, experience troubleshooting IT issues, and excellent communication skills. You should also be comfortable working with multiple customers simultaneously, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
