  1. Perform data analysis on HR systems to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  2. Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and implement solutions.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems and processes, providing guidance and support to HR team members.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to HR systems and make recommendations for updates and improvements.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems.
  9. Train HR team members and other employees on how to effectively use HR systems.
  10. Participate in the selection and implementation of new HR systems.
  11. Monitor system usage and provide recommendations for system optimization.
  12. Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors to integrate and maintain HR systems.
  14. Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for HR data and metrics.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR systems to meet the changing needs of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Systems Analysis, Preferably With Panasonic Or A Similar Company

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Systems, Including But Not Limited To Hris, Payroll, And Talent Management Systems

  • Experience With Project Management And Implementing New Hr Systems Or System Upgrades

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues In Hr Systems.
