Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Systems Analysis, Preferably With Panasonic Or A Similar Company
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Systems, Including But Not Limited To Hris, Payroll, And Talent Management Systems
Experience With Project Management And Implementing New Hr Systems Or System Upgrades
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues In Hr Systems.
