  1. Design and implement network infrastructure to meet business needs and ensure efficient operations.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  3. Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
  6. Perform regular network maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements.
  7. Identify and address network security vulnerabilities to ensure data protection and compliance.
  8. Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  9. Train and support junior network engineers to improve overall team knowledge and skills.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and troubleshooting.
  11. Communicate with vendors and service providers to manage network-related products and services.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  13. Recommend and implement network policies and procedures to maintain system integrity and security.
  14. Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute network-related projects.
  15. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to leadership regarding network infrastructure and investments.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Network Design, Implementation, And Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Network Operations, With A Deep Understanding Of Network Architecture, Protocols, And Security.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cisco Networking Technologies: As A Network Operations Engineer Iv At Panasonic, The Candidate Must Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Cisco Routers, Switches, And Other Networking Equipment, Including Cisco Ios, Nx-Os, And Aci.

  • Expertise In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Resolving Complex Network Issues, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Network Problems In A Timely Manner.

  • Proficiency In Network Monitoring And Management Tools: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Using Network Monitoring And Management Tools, Such As Solarwinds, Nagios, And Wireshark, To Proactively Monitor And Manage Network Performance And Availability.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Network Operations Team, The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Network Engineers, System Administrators, And Security Professionals, To Design And Implement Network Solutions That Meet Business Requirements.
