- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure optimal network functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Conduct regular audits of network systems to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Proactively research and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve network operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our network infrastructure is utilizing the latest and most efficient solutions.
- Lead network-related projects and initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Provide support and guidance to junior network engineers and technicians.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Network Operations, Preferably In A Large-Scale Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Routing And Switching Technologies, And Network Security.
Experience With Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools, Such As Wireshark, Solarwinds, And Splunk.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors To Resolve Network Issues.
