  1. Lead and Mentor Others: Take on a leadership role in our service department by overseeing and guiding a team of technicians, while also serving as a mentor for their professional development.
  2. Expertise in Servicing Complex Electronic Equipment: Utilize your extensive experience and technical knowledge to service and troubleshoot a wide range of complex electronic equipment.
  3. Team Management: Effectively manage and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of service requests and projects.
  4. Technical Training: Develop and implement training programs for technicians to enhance their technical skills and keep them updated on the latest industry advancements.
  5. Quality Control: Ensure all service work meets quality standards and provide guidance and support to technicians to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  6. Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions to their problems.
  7. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Research and Development: Continuously research and stay updated on new technologies, products, and techniques in the field of electronic equipment servicing.
  9. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all technicians adhere to safety protocols and comply with company policies and procedures.
  10. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to technicians to ensure consistent improvement and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Master Service Technician - Lead At Panasonic Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Servicing And Repairing Various Panasonic Products, Including Electronics, Home Appliances, And Industrial Equipment.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of The Latest Technologies And Techniques Used In Servicing And Troubleshooting Panasonic Products. This Includes Proficiency In Using Diagnostic Tools And Software, As Well As Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Lead Technician, The Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Manage And Delegate Tasks To A Team Of Service Technicians. Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills Are Also Essential In This Role.

  • Certifications: A Master Service Technician - Lead Should Have Relevant Industry Certifications, Such As A Master Technician Certification From The Electronics Technicians Association (Eta) Or The Certified Service Manager (Csm) Designation From The Professional Service Association (Psa).

  • Customer Service Orientation: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Crucial For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Approach And Be Able To Handle Challenging Customer Situations With Tact And Empathy.
