- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and implement effective HRIS processes and systems using Workday.
- Perform regular audits and analysis of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement in HRIS processes and make recommendations for streamlining and automating tasks.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday and provide support and training to HR team members on system functionality and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS data and processes.
- Maintain data integrity within the HRIS system by regularly reviewing and updating employee records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HRIS functionalities and integrations.
- Play a key role in the implementation of new HRIS modules, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Analyze and report on HRIS data trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure HRIS processes and systems are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HRIS systems and processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate with employees at all levels to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in HRIS processes.
- Act as a project manager for HRIS-related initiatives and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Hris Business Process Analyst, Preferably With Workday.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Employee Data Management, Compensation, Benefits, And Performance Management.
Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Implementation, And Post-Implementation Support.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Process Improvements And Efficiencies.
