Reinsurance Solutions Analyst

Work with leaders across the reinsurance area to identify resource utilization and allocation to ultimately determine priorities and resource needs. Drive LID initiatives (new products, new processes, etc.) and technology, keeping all parties informed of status, testing, and problem resolution efforts. Perform and/or facilitate cost-benefit analysis to help drive decision-making around projects, resources, and general budget spend. Responsible for facilitating discussions to document decisions made, issues, and related controls to ultimately communicate to the appropriate business leaders and stakeholders. Represent the Reinsurance department to ensure the needs of both the reinsurance area and its internal business partners are being met. Responsible for evaluating and recommending improvements to existing processes. Serve as a role model and change champion for continuous improvement principles and practices across the department.
