
Customer Service Specialist
As a Sr. Customer Service Specialist II, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by working as an integral role within an existing team of Customer Service Representatives and collaborating with the Supervisor to work on outstanding issues, escalated cases, and project enhancements. Work on specific tasks, cases, research, escalations, projects as assigned. Work on team and department operational efficiencies. Assist team members with complex requests, training, research. Develop relationships with recruiters, field sales staff, internal operation teams and establish or maintain Pacific Life as the carrier of choice, specifically from a service and "ease of doing business" perspective.
Broad knowledge of Pacific Life products and procedures
Existing knowledge of our various Distribution channels with an emphasis on the M channel.
