Compliance Analyst

Support a variety of law-related activities including: legal and regulatory research, document preparation and review, contract management, coordination and preparation of required regulatory filings, oversight of evolving rules and regulations applicable to the investment management industry. Create and update policies and procedures using a risk-based approach to address changes to the business, regulations, regulatory priorities, products, or to align with best practices. Serve as an advisor to the business on compliance considerations and solutions in areas of expertise. Resolve or recommend resolution for compliance issues depending on materiality. Develop and execute compliance monitoring and testing plans. Participate in the annual compliance program reviews pursuant to Rule 206(4)-7 of the Advisers Act and develop and implement remediation plans for recommendations.
