
Business Strategy Analyst
As a Business Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success. You will be part of a small but very impactful team that supports strategy for the entire Life Insurance Division. Assessing qualitative and quantitative information to glean actionable insights in support of strategic and customer experience initiatives. Collaborating with strategy and business leaders during strategic planning process. Collaborating with strategy leaders to create strategic artifacts and senior level presentations. Managing deliverables and deadlines for key strategic planning events, senior leader off-sites and key presentations. Conducting secondary research to identify relevant industry and market trends.
2+ years working in strategy function or strategic consulting
Comfortable working with data; prefer familiarity with Excel pivot tables
