Actuary Intern
As an Actuary Intern, you will play a key role in Pacific Life’s culture. Interns will have the opportunity to spend their summer in Southern California or Omaha, Nebraska working at a Fortune 500 company in the financial services industry. Interns will be exposed to a diverse array of challenging actuarial projects and financial project platforms. Interns are placed on various teams within the Life Insurance, Retirement Solutions, Corporate, and Institutional Divisions.You will be assigned an Executive mentor who will meet with you to discuss their knowledge and experience and provide you with guidance on your internship and even your career path.
Completion of at least 1 Society of Actuaries exam is required.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Actuarial Science.
Ability to problem solve and demonstrate leadership.
Desire to gain more experience in the actuarial field.
