
Accounts Payable Specialist
Receive invoices, accurately code and identify invoices to be entered into the appropriate Procurement or ERP system in an efficient and timely manner Research information of vendor invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger accounts are used. Ensure to process, communicate with AP Staff and follow-up on rush items. Perform necessary validations and timely execution of transactions. Collaborates with the Procurement department on invoices, requisitions, purchased order discrepancies. Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting complex matters and ensure that problems are responded to in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders including employees, clients, and vendors. Ensure company policies, processes, and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented. Monitor automation processes for OCR functions Monitor AP mailbox and respond, follow up in a timely manner.
