Job Description

At Otis, we are seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be an organized, solutions-oriented individual with a passion for delivering the best customer experience. The successful candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.The ServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of the HRSD module within ServiceNow. They will be collaborating with IT and stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including hands-on experience with configuration and customization. They should be well-versed in system architecture and have a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices. Additionally, they should have the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues with the system. Experience with Agile and ITIL methodologies is a plus.
