Are you an ambitious and experienced call out engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on the maintenance and repair of escalators? If so, Otis is looking for a talented Escalator Breakdown / Call Out Engineer to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and managing escalator breakdowns. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. A background in escalator maintenance and repair is essential, as is experience of working in a customer-facing environment.
