  1. Assess and identify potential risks within the organization related to patient safety, employee safety, and facility security.
  2. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to prevent and mitigate potential risks.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  4. Collaborate with departmental leaders and staff to identify and address potential risks in their respective areas.
  5. Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for employees on risk management strategies and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in risk management to continuously improve processes and procedures.

  10. Communicate risk management strategies and updates to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

  12. Conduct regular reviews and updates of risk management policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
  13. Provide support and guidance to departments in implementing risk management strategies and addressing potential risks.

Job Qualifications
