- Accurately maintain electronic and paper medical records for patients in the Emergency Department.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure smooth operations within the unit.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, as well as direct inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Monitor and order supplies, ensuring the unit is adequately stocked at all times.
- Schedule appointments, procedures, and tests for patients as directed by healthcare providers.
