  11. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of procedures and patient care.

  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and accreditation standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Surgical First Assistant (Csfa) Credential From The National Board Of Surgical Technology And Surgical Assisting (Nbstsa)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Surgical Technician In A Hospital Or Surgical Center Setting

  • Proficiency In Sterile Technique, Surgical Instrument Handling, And Operating Room Procedures

  • Knowledge Of Surgical Anatomy, Procedures, And Equipment, With The Ability To Anticipate The Needs Of The Surgeon

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Surgeons, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Fast-Paced Environment.
