- Perform a variety of surgical procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
- Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment.
- Collaborate with other members of the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and other important information during surgical procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as required.
- Continuously update and maintain knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all surgical procedures and patient care activities.

- Adhere to ethical standards and codes of conduct.
- Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training opportunities.
Certification: A Valid Certification As A Surgical Technologist From An Accredited Program Is A Necessary Qualification For This Position.
Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Surgical Technologist In A Hospital Setting Is Required, With Experience In Various Surgical Specialties Preferred.
Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Surgical Procedures, Instrumentation, And Equipment Used In The Operating Room.
Teamwork And Communication Skills: Working In The Operating Room Requires Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills, As The Surgical Tech Will Be Working Closely With Surgeons, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Flexibility And Adaptability: The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment Is Crucial For A Surgical Tech In The Or Pool Days Job, As They May Be Assigned To Different Surgical Specialties And Work With Different Teams On A Daily Basis.
