- Oversee the daily operations of the sterile processing department at ORMC Sterile Processing on the night shift.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality sterile supplies and equipment to surgical units.
- Lead and manage a team of sterile processing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all sterile processing procedures and regulations, including proper handling and sterilization techniques.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, sterilization processes, and inventory levels.

Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sterile Processing Technicians. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: It Is Essential That The Supervisor Has Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Sterile Processing Department. This Will Ensure That They Are Familiar With The Specific Regulations And Protocols Related To Sterilization And Infection Control.
