  1. Oversee the daily operations of the orthopedic practice, including managing patient flow, scheduling, and staffing.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to all medical standards and protocols.
  3. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
  8. Manage and resolve any patient or staff complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient records, billing information, and staff schedules.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
  12. Ensure all staff members are following HIPAA and other confidentiality guidelines.
  13. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new staff members.
  14. Represent the practice at meetings, conferences, and other events, as needed.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Experience In Medical Practice Management: The Supervisor Of Medical Practice At Jewett Orthopedic Institute Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Medical Practice. This Includes Overseeing Daily Operations, Supervising Staff, And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Guidelines.
