Job Description

Orlando Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients by meticulously cleaning, sterilizing, and assembling medical equipment and supplies.   1. Clean, sterilize, and assemble medical equipment and supplies according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Inspect and test equipment for proper functioning and report any malfunctions or defects.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
  4. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and fulfill equipment and supply needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (Crcst) Or Certified Sterile Processing And Distribution Technician (Cspdt) Certification.

  • Experience Working In A Sterile Processing Or Surgical Environment.

  • Familiarity With Medical Equipment And Instruments.
