  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Necessary To Accurately Identify And Process Medical Instruments And Equipment.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role To Ensure That All Instruments Are Properly Decontaminated, Assembled, And Packaged For Use.

  • Physical Stamina: The Job Of A Sterile Core Technician Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring The Ability To Stand For Extended Periods, Lift Heavy Equipment, And Perform Repetitive Tasks. Good Physical Stamina And Dexterity Are Essential For This Role.
