- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for facilities management to ensure the highest quality of service and safety for our patients and staff.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, security, and environmental services.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to facilities management.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as finance and human resources, to develop and manage budgets and resources for facilities management.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of facilities staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Regularly assess and evaluate the performance of facilities operations and make necessary improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Implement and promote sustainability and energy conservation practices within our facilities.
- Communicate with leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates on facilities operations and address any concerns or issues.
- Monitor and maintain records and documentation related to facilities operations, such as maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and budget reports.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in facilities management and recommend improvements or changes as needed.
- Serve as a role model for our organizational values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the facilities department.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops for staff to ensure they are up-to-date on safety protocols and procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovative thinking within the facilities department.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, safety, and patient care.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex Projects Within Established Timelines And Budgets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities, As Well As Experience With Facility Accreditation Processes.
