  1. Analyze and evaluate existing clinical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the use of clinical systems and technology for improved patient care and outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with clinical staff and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.
  4. Conduct data analysis and develop reports to track and monitor key performance indicators related to clinical processes.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to clinical systems, working closely with IT and other departments to resolve them.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in clinical technology, and make recommendations for their incorporation into our systems.
  7. Train and educate clinical staff on the use of new systems and processes, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to clinical systems and processes.
  9. Collaborate with other analysts and teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive clinical data repository.
  10. Participate in project planning and implementation of new clinical systems and processes.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and other team members.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all processes and procedures related to clinical systems.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including executives, to present findings and recommendations.
  14. Take ownership of projects and initiatives related to clinical systems, and see them through to completion.
  15. Uphold the organization's values and mission by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Clinical Analysis Or Informatics

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Systems And Applications, Such As Electronic Health Records And Clinical Decision Support Tools

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Present Findings To Various Stakeholders.
