  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for various service lines within Orlando Health.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  3. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  4. Create and manage marketing budgets for service line campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of channels, including print, digital, social media, and events.
  6. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to improve results.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain consistent messaging and branding across all service line marketing materials.

  13. Represent Orlando Health at community events and conferences to promote our services and brand.
  14. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and optimize digital campaigns and initiatives.
  15. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing efforts.
  16. Continuously evaluate and improve the patient experience through marketing efforts.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Marketing, Preferably In A Service Line Or Hospital Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Healthcare Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies For Service Lines

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Physicians, Executives, And Other Stakeholders
