  1. Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with the organization's goals and mission.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify talent development needs and create individualized development plans for employees.
  3. Lead and facilitate training programs for all levels of employees, including leadership development, performance management, and other relevant topics.
  4. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and create targeted development initiatives.
  5. Utilize various learning methodologies and technologies to deliver effective and engaging training programs.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent development to continuously enhance the organization's programs and initiatives.
  7. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on career development and growth opportunities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance the organization's talent development offerings.
  9. Collaborate with HR and other departments to support succession planning and identify high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives through data analysis and feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for talent development within the organization.
  12. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive employee information.
  13. Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture that values continuous learning and development.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve the organization's talent development efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Talent Development Or Organizational Development In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles, Instructional Design, And Talent Management Strategies.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Delivering Comprehensive Training Programs For Diverse Employee Groups.

  • Excellent Communication, Facilitation, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Key Stakeholders And Senior Leaders.
