  1. Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with leaders and HR business partners to identify training and development needs for employees at all levels.
  3. Create and deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  4. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they are meeting the desired outcomes.
  5. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on talent development, providing guidance and recommendations to leaders and HR professionals.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external training and development providers to leverage their expertise and resources.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, to integrate talent development initiatives into employee onboarding, performance management, and succession planning processes.
  10. Monitor and track the progress of employees' development plans and provide support and guidance as needed.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to talent development.
  12. Act as a role model for continuous learning and development, promoting a culture of growth and development within the organization.
  13. Represent the organization at conferences and events to network and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports related to training and development activities.
  15. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Talent Development/Learning And Development Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Talent Development Programs, Including Leadership Development, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
