- Manage and oversee the development and construction of various healthcare facilities across the Orlando Health system.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide expertise and leadership in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders, including senior leadership, contractors, and other team members.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all project team members.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and facility development.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within Orlando Health to ensure coordination and integration of projects.
- Make critical decisions and solve problems as they arise to keep projects on track.
- Manage and track project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Extensive Experience In Construction Management: The Senior Project Manager Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Construction Projects, With A Strong Emphasis On Healthcare Facilities.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Building Codes, Zoning Laws, And Other Regulatory Requirements Related To Healthcare Facility Development And Construction.
