- Conduct market research and analysis to identify current and future healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, outlining short and long-term goals and strategies.
- Identify and assess potential new product opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and making recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor and track product performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and developments, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product analysts, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all job activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Generate Insights.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Product Strategies To Drive Business Growth.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Lead A Team.
