  1. Conduct thorough and impartial audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and policies.
  2. Analyze financial data and documentation, identify any discrepancies or potential risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Utilize advanced auditing techniques and software to perform efficient and effective audits.
  4. Collaborate with and provide guidance to other audit team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in audit processes.
  5. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and department heads in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various departments and leaders within the organization to ensure cooperation and support for audit initiatives.
  7. Stay current on industry regulations and best practices in auditing and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  8. Conduct special audits and investigations as assigned by senior management.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.
  10. Train and mentor junior auditors to ensure their professional growth and development.
  11. Participate in departmental and organizational meetings to provide insights and updates on audit activities.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary information and support during external audits.
  13. Assist in developing and updating internal audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve internal control processes to ensure the organization's assets are safeguarded.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Auditing, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Cpa, Cia, Or Other Relevant Professional Certification

  • Strong Knowledge Of Internal Control Processes And Audit Methodologies

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of Management.
